Founder & principal
Gaurav Vahi
Gaurav is a property developer, investor and Director of Eurospeak. His property work focuses on acquiring underused commercial and mixed-use buildings and repositioning them for residential and long-term investment use.
He takes a hands-on role across acquisition, due diligence, planning, funding, design, construction, leasing and asset management. Alongside property, he leads Eurospeak’s education businesses in Reading and Southampton, bringing an owner-operator’s perspective to decisions and relationships.
